InovaScript Data Processing & Security Standards
Scope of Data
InovaScript collects only the data that is strictly necessary for service sustainability and operational integrity. This includes identity-related information, system logs, and API interaction metadata. Under no circumstances is third-party data mining permitted without the explicit and informed consent of the user.
Cryptographic Protection
Every byte of data transmitted to our systems is secured using AES-256-GCM and RSA-4096 encryption protocols. Data stored on our servers is protected under an At-Rest Encryption architecture to mitigate physical access risks. Cryptographic key management is handled exclusively by isolated Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
Third-Party Access
InovaScript does not sell, trade, or monetize personal data. Except where legally required, user information may only be shared in anonymized or pseudonymized form with infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting services) strictly for operational optimization and service delivery purposes.
Right to Erasure
Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of all personal data stored within our systems. In accordance with our Data Destruction Protocol, all digital copies are irreversibly erased within 72 hours of verified request submission.
