14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
InovaScript provides a 14-day conditional refund window for all digital products. Due to the nature of downloadable source code and software assets, this policy is structured to balance consumer protection with intellectual property security. Refund eligibility is strictly evaluated within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
Valid Refund Conditions
A refund request may be approved only if at least one of the following conditions is verified:
• Critical technical defects preventing core functionality.
• Non-delivery of digital assets after confirmed payment.
• Significant deviation from advertised product specifications.
• Failure of technical support to resolve a verified issue within 7 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are strictly denied under the following circumstances:
• Expiration of the 14-day period.
• Change of mind after source code download.
• Lack of technical knowledge for installation or deployment.
• Hosting/server incompatibility outside documented minimum requirements.
• User modification or alteration of source files.
Processing Framework
Refund initiation requires submission of:
• Order ID and purchase date.
• Detailed explanation of the issue.
• Supporting screenshots or technical logs (if applicable).
Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
Post-Refund Obligations
Upon successful refund, all license rights are permanently revoked. The user is legally obligated to delete all copies of the product, including source code, compiled versions, and documentation, from any server, local device, or backup storage.
