InovaScript Digital Products & Remote Sales Terms
Seller & Buyer
This Agreement is concluded between InovaScript (Seller / Service Provider) and the individual or entity completing the purchase process via the website (Buyer / Customer). By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that all provided information is accurate and legally valid.
Digital Product Delivery
The subject of this Agreement is the electronic sale and delivery of digital products or services ordered through the Seller’s website. Delivery is performed electronically via email or user account access after successful payment confirmation.
Transaction Terms
Product type, license scope, price, and payment method are specified during checkout and confirmed via electronic receipt. The Seller reserves the right to suspend delivery in cases of fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
Refund Policy
For digital content delivered instantly or services that begin immediately upon purchase, the Right of Withdrawal is waived once access is granted. Where legally applicable, withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days, provided that the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
License & Usage Rights
All software, scripts, design assets, and digital materials provided by InovaScript are protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, modification for resale, or license abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Authorized Courts
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller, within the legal monetary limits.
