Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the InovaScript platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Continued access to the website and services constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
Usage Authorization
Upon successful purchase, InovaScript grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product in accordance with the selected license type. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public distribution of source code is strictly prohibited.
Account & Conduct Rules
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. Any fraudulent, unlawful, or service-disrupting activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access rights.
Ownership & Protection
All digital assets, source code, branding elements, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive intellectual property of InovaScript. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering for redistribution, or commercial misuse will trigger legal enforcement procedures.
Risk Allocation
InovaScript shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service, including data loss, compatibility conflicts, or infrastructure interruptions.
Service Changes
